Green Laundry News - New Surfactant

I'm a big fan of green cleaning - and I mean really green cleaning, using the things you've got in your cabinet anyway. But I must admit that there are some places I'm not so green - laundry detergent, for instance. I like my clothes clean, soft and sweet-smelling, so to that end, I use laundry detergent and fabric softener that gets them clean, soft and sweet-smelling. That may be changing, thanks to a new surfactant.

Bright Green Cleaning Tip : Lemon Sparkler

Make your stainless steel sink sparkle!

If your old stainless steel kitchen sink has lost its sheen, try this tip to renew its shine.

Cut a fresh lemon in half. Dip the cut end in plain old table salt. Squeeze lightly, and use it to scrub the inside of the kitchen sink. Refresh salt as needed. Rinse well with cold water.

Squeeze the other half of the lemon into a glass of fresh, cold water, add sugar to taste and enjoy!
